Il
regalo di Babbo Natale
La
maggior parte dei bambini aspetta ogni anno il Capodanno il regalo
che Babbo Natale porterà loro. Molti scrivono lettere descrivendo
dettagliatamente il regalo o i regali che vogliono che lui li porti. Alcuni
si chiedono come faccia Babbo Natale a dare i regali a tutti i bambini del
mondo in una sola notte. Ci
sono anche alcuni bambini che non credono all’ esistenza di Babbo Natale perché
sanno semplicemente che i regali li portano i genitori.
Ogni anno nella mia classe, abbiamo la stessa
conversazione.
- Signora, c’è Babbo Natale?
- Certo
che c’è!
- Eccolo,
lo dice la signora!
- Cosa
dici, non c’è! I genitori portano i regali!
- Finalmente
signora, c’è o non c’è Babbo Natale?
- Babbo
Natale non è vivo adesso, ma il suo spirito esiste. Quando
era in vita, ha distribuito tutti i suoi beni ai poveri, per questo oggi ci
scambiamo regali in sua memoria. È come se Babbo Natale li distribuisse.
- Eccolo!
C’è
Babbo Natale!
- Non esiste, è una bugia!
- Signora,
lei crede a Babbo Natale?
- Certo
che ci credo e gli ho chiesto il mio regalo e guai a lui se non me lo
porta!
- Che regalo
gli ha chiesto, signora?
-Ah,
non posso dirvelo! Voi siete stati bravi bambini tutto l’anno?
-Sì, siamo stati.
-Perché se non siete stati, sapete che
regalo vi porterà Babbo Natale!
-Che
cosa, signora?
- Un
sacco di carbone!
-No,
no!
E qui
sempre io e tutti i bambini ridiamo insieme.
Speriamo
che Babbo Natale porti a ciascuno di noi individualmente ed a tutti noi, i
regali che aspettiamo!

The gift of Santa Claus
Most children wait
every year on New Year’s Eve, the gift that Santa Claus will bring them. Many
write letters detailing the gift or gifts they want him to bring. Some wonder how Santa Claus manages to give gifts
to all the children of the world in one night. There are some kids who don’t believe
there’s Santa Claus because they just know the presents are brought by their
parents.
Every year in my
class, we have the same conversation.
-
Madam, is there Santa Claus?
- Of course there is!
- Well, that’s what the madam says!
-
What are you talking about, there isn’t!
The parents bring the presents!
- Finally, madam, does
Santa Claus
really exist or not?
- Santa Claus is not alive now, but
his
spirit exists. When he was
alive he distributed all his wealth to the poor, so we today exchange gifts in his memory.
- There
it is! There is Santa Claus!
- He doesn’t exist, it’s a lie!
- Madam, do you believe in Santa Claus?
- Of course I do, and I’ve asked him for my gift, and
woe to him if he doesn’t bring it to me!
- What gift did you ask for, madam?
- Oh, I can’t tell you! Have you been good kids all year?
- Yes, we have.
- Because if you haven’t been, you know what gift Santa Claus
will bring you!

- A
sack of coals!

No, no!
And
always here all the children and I laugh together.
Let’s
hope that Santa Claus brings to each of us separately and to all of us, the
gifts we are waiting for!
