Σκέψεις για το φθινόπωρο 

Φέτος το φθινόπωρο άργησε να έρθει.

Μετά από ένα καυτό και ατελείωτο

καλοκαίρι, ο καιρός άρχισε να αλλάζει:

βρέχει, κάνει κρύο, φοράμε πιο χοντρά

ρούχα, πουλόβερ και παλτά και πίνουμε

ζεστά ροφήματα.

Σκέφτομαι πως όσο και να μας αρέσει το

καλοκαίρι με τον ήλιο, τη ζέστη και τη

θάλασσα, είναι απαραίτητο τόσο για την

ισορροπία της φύσης όσο και της δικής

μας ψυχολογίας, να διαδέχεται η μία

εποχή την επόμενη, με τα δικά της κάθε

φορά χαρακτηριστικά.

Το φθινόπωρο είναι μία εποχή έναρξης

καινούριων πραγμάτων. Μοιάζει σαν να

γυρίζεις τον διακόπτη και να ξεκινάνε

όλα από την αρχή: τα σχολεία, τα

μαθήματα, οι δουλειές, η

καθημερινότητα. Όλοι βάζουν νέους

στόχους και κάνουν σχέδια για να τα

πραγματοποιήσουν μέσα στη νέα

χρονιά, που αρχίζει από τον Σεπτέμβρη.

Η μέρα μικραίνει και η νύχτα μεγαλώνει. Αυτό μπορεί να μας δημιουργεί μία θλίψη και μία διάθεση να ξεκουραστούμε και να κοιμηθούμε πιο νωρίς. Όλη την εβδομάδα τρέχουμε για να προλάβουμε τις υποχρεώσεις μας και περιμένουμε το σαββατοκύριακο για να χαλαρώσουμε, να διασκεδάσουμε και να κάνουμε αυτά που μας ευχαριστούν. Έτσι, δεν υπάρχει χρόνος για να βαρεθούμε, αφού βρίσκουμε τρόπους για να περάσουμε όμορφα μαζί με τους ανθρώπους που αγαπάμε.

Και φυσικά η αναμονή των

Χριστουγέννων μας κινητοποιεί

καθημερινά για να φέρουμε σε πέρας τις

εργασίες μας,  ώστε όταν έρθει ο

χειμώνας να απολαύσουμε μία περίοδο

γιορτινής ατμόσφαιρας και χαράς.

Thoughts for the autumn

Autumn came late this year. After a hot

and endless summer, the weather

started to change: it rains, it gets cold,

we wear thicker clothes, sweaters and

coats, and we drink hot drinks.

I think that as much as we like summer

with the sun, the heat and the sea, it is

necessary for both the balance of nature

and our own psychology, that one

season follows the next, each with its

own characteristics.

Autumn is a season of starting new things. It’s like you flip the switch and everything starts over: schools, classes, jobs, everyday life. Everyone is setting new goals and making plans to accomplish them in the new year, which begins in September.

The day is getting shorter and the night is getting longer. This can create sadness and a desire to rest and sleep earlier. All week long we are running to catch up with our obligations and waiting for the weekend to relax, have fun and do what we enjoy. So there is no time to be bored, as we find ways to have a good time with the people we love.

And of course, the anticipation of Christmas motivates us every day to complete our tasks, so that when winter comes we can enjoy a period of festive atmosphere and joy.

Pensieri per l’ autunno

Quest’ anno l’ autunno è arrivato tardi. Dopo un’ estate calda e interminabile, il tempo ha iniziato a cambiare: piove, fa freddo, indossiamo vestiti più pesanti, maglioni e cappotti e beviamo bevande calde.

Penso che, per quanto amiamo l’ estate, il sole, il caldo e il mare, sia per l’ equilibrio della natura che per la nostra psicologia, sia necessario che una stagione succeda all’ altra, con le sue caratteristiche. L’ autunno è la stagione in cui si iniziano cose nuove. È come se girassi l’ interruttore e tutto ricominciasse da capo: la scuola, le lezioni, il lavoro, la vita di tutti i giorni. Tutti fissano nuovi obiettivi e fanno progetti per realizzarli nel nuovo anno, che inizia a settembre.

Il giorno si accorcia e la notte si allunga. Questo può darci un po’ di tristezza e un po’ di voglia di riposare e andare a letto prima. Tutta la settimana corriamo per recuperare i nostri impegni e aspettiamo il fine settimana per rilassarci, divertirci e fare ciò che ci piace. Quindi, non c’ è tempo per annoiarsi poiché troviamo modi per divertirci con le persone che amiamo.

E naturalmente l’ attesa di Natale ci

motiva ogni giorno a portare a termine i

nostri lavori, in modo che quando arrivi

l’ inverno possiamo godere di un

periodo di atmosfera festiva e di gioia.
